The overall goal for the project is to create a visionary and transformational facility that supports education and student success by providing a welcoming and well-designed spaces for active learning, collaboration, and community-building.

• 57,000 gross square foot / 39,000 assignable square feet 

• About 1,000 General Assignment classroom seats (approx. 400 net new) in a mix of lecture halls and "flat"  classrooms 
• Informal study/tutoring/mentoring spaces throughout the building 
• Multi-purpose student life spaces: large and small meeting rooms, student lounge, informal study spaces 
• Dining (quick food/café/grab and go)
