Project Description
- 4 level parking structure and reconfiguration of existing surface parking on Lot 13
- Approximately 1,287 (800 net new) parking stalls
- Approximately 104 electric vehicle charging stations
- Parking guidance system
- Bicycle Parking
- Pedestrian and bicycle pathways to campus
- Provisions for future solar panel arrays
- Good Neighbor features (includes a subterranean parking level on the eastern edge of the structure reducing visual impact and overall height; headlight screening; full cut off light fixtures; landscape screening, etc.)

Please be advised that the following activities will be occurring from 7:00AM to 6:00PM on the eastern portion of Lot 13 and adjacent areas during the week of January 29th through February 7th.
- Site fence installation;
- Live feed camera installation;
- Site office trailer delivery;
- Material and equipment deliveries;
- Site control survey;
- Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) installation;
- Selective site demo.
Continuous noises on site: Construction equipment (back-up alarms), delivery trucks (back-up alarms), forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, saws, screw guns, and hammers.

- Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) installation;
- Site and utilities excavation
Continuous noises on site: Heavy construction equipment such as loaders and scrapers (back-up alarms), delivery trucks (back-up alarms), forklifts, boom lifts, saws, and hammers.
